1Introduction & Agreement

Accessing the kts777 platform (hereinafter referred to as "the platform"), creating an account, or using the services in any way means that players are considered to have read and fully agreed to each and every provision of this Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms").

2Eligibility Requirements

3Account Registration & Management

3.1 — Registration Requirements

3.2 — Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party. Players are fully responsible for any consequences arising from their account. If you notice any unauthorised access, contact the platform support team immediately.

3.3 — Account Verification

The platform may carry out KYC ("Know Your Customer") checks before any deposit or withdrawal is processed. Verification may require a National Registration Card (NRC), passport, or other valid identification. If a player is unable to provide these, the platform reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 — Deposits

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Only your own payment method may be used — depositing through a third party's method is not allowed.

4.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Please note that delays may occur during verification periods. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, and the platform will only approve withdrawals once verification is complete.

4.3 — Transaction Restrictions

If any transaction is suspected of being carried out through fraudulent means, the platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend that transaction while under review. If a payment issue arises, the player must contact the platform's customer support team to resolve it.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks
  • Deposit 520,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 820,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks

5.2 — General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus can only be claimed and used once per player.
  • Two bonuses cannot be combined or stacked at the same time (bonus amounts cannot be multiplied on top of each other).
  • If a player is found to have claimed a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.
  • The platform reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion without prior notice.

6Gaming Rules & Prohibitions

6.1 — Fair Play

Players may not use bots, automated software, exploit bugs, or employ any method that interferes with the gaming system in any game.

6.2 — Anti-Money Laundering

The platform strictly adheres to anti-money laundering policies. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities, and all transactions will be recorded.

6.3 — Disrupting Gameplay

Players must not verbally attack dealers in live casino games or disrupt other players' gameplay, for example through the chat function.

6.4 — Technical Errors

The platform cannot guarantee that any outcome resulting from a software glitch will be treated as a valid result. If a player is found to have deliberately exploited a glitch, any winnings from that session will be voided and the account may be closed.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, the platform's liability in any individual matter shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player concerned within the last 30 days in connection with that matter.

11Account Suspension and Closure

If a player is found to have breached these terms or to have played in a fraudulent manner, the platform may, without prior notice and immediately—

  • Block any pending financial transactions.
  • Reactivate the account only after the investigation is complete, or close it permanently.

If a player wishes to close their own account, they can contact the customer service team and submit a request. Any remaining unreviewed balance will be returned in accordance with our policy.
